Upward Developments is a subsidiary company of Midland Properties (West Midlands) Ltd, a company with over 30 years experiences in property development and investment.
Upward are presently involved in planning applications for a number of sites where a planning change in use has been identified in order to maximise the value of the land, specialising in residential dwelling houses, apartments, care homes, commercial/retail units and offices.
As well as acquiring sites and developing our own property portfolio, we also work with landowners in a joint venture capacity in order to maximise the value of their land through a planning change in use permission.
The company has an investor mentality, and where possible, most of our developments are retained within the existing property portfolio, with the exception of our residential dwelling houses and apartment developments.
